Samsung is said to launch another Galaxy Z Fold6 this year. The second foldable phone below the Z Fold6 will probably only be sold in China and South Korea. The name of this device is said to be Galaxy Z Fold6 Ultra and it will be introduced to compete with other thin Chinese folding phones.
In China, the Galaxy Z Fold isn't quite as popular anymore with the Honor Magic V3 among the thinnest in the world. In The Elec's report, Z Fold6 Ultra or Z Fold6 Slim is said to still not be thin enough. The body of this device may be around 10-11 mm compared to the Magic V3 with a thickness of 9.2 mm. To produce this thinner body, the S-Pen will not be supported because the screen digitizer for the stylus takes up an additional 0.3 mm.
The Galaxy Z Fold6 Ultra or Slim is expected to arrive next October. The device may also not bring much change other than the design and size of the body. Let's all look forward to Samsung's surprise for the Z Fold6.
