Sonos CEO Patrick Spence has apologized to all users for their problematic apps. Since May 7, 2024, after the new application was introduced many users were not satisfied. Although the interface design is modern and easy to understand, many features and functions are removed and there are various performance problems.
So since receiving this report, Sonos has been updating their app every two weeks. Because there are so many bugs and the Sonos dev team is patching the bugs, missing features and functionality are experiencing a slight delay in being reintegrated. Starting this month, July then August, September and November Sonos will do weekly updates.
We had same problem was encountered when reviewing the Sonos Ace. Even so for headphones it does not pose a serious problem compared to users of soundbars and other Sonos speaker products. Let's all look forward to updates through the App Store and Play Store.
