The Sony ZV-E10 II has been launched as a new digital camera designed for content creators and vloggers. It makes its debut three years after the introduction of the ZV-E10 in 2021. Our check found that the sales price for the Malaysian market has already been listed through the official website. With it being offered at RM4,999 for the body only or RM5,199 with the Sony 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS II lens. Both are only listed as coming with no specific purchase date detailed by Sony Malaysia as of this writing.
The Sony ZV-E10 II features a 26-MP Exmor R CMOS APS-C sensor paired with a Bionz XR image processing chip. It's an improvement over the 24.2MP APS-C sensor used in the previous generation. According to Sony, the capabilities of the ZV-E10 II are comparable to the a6700 and FX30 cameras that are also produced by them. It is also capable of recording video up to 4K/60p 10-bit 4:2:2 via S-Log or S-Cinetone mode.
Can also be given an increase in the speed of autofocus. There is also a cinematic mode provided with it recording videos at a 2.35:1 ratio and 24P frame rate. For social media creators, the camera interface has been updated to facilitate vertical video recording. The battery is now better with it being able to provide a recording duration of up to 130 minutes longer than the 80 minutes of the first model.
