Pentas.IO is a local NFT trading site that became popular three years ago with 869 new NFTs uploaded daily. It was also the place where NFT Rusuk Emas was successfully sold at a price of 22BNB which is around RM52,000 according to the exchange rate at that time. But the buying and selling section of the Stage has been out of operation for over a week.
Through the official announcement of the X Stage account, there was a problem with the website's background system on July 18. The Stage said they were working to restore operations and apologized for the inconvenience. But after 10 days the issue still persists and no NFT collection can be accessed through the Stage until today.
In the same development, the Digital Asset Onboarding program carried out in collaboration with MDEC also experienced delays. Participants are eligible to receive up to RM4000 for their digital works. The program was announced in December last year with payments originally expected to be received in late April or early May. But this payment is expected to arrive on September 30.
