The Sarawak Foundation has now started to open applications for free laptops and also for the book voucher program starting today, 1 July 2024 until 14 August 2024. This program is open to students born in Sarawak who are currently studying in IPTA and IPTS throughout the country.
For now, this free laptop application is open to diploma and bachelor's degree students. The household income for the student's family must also be RM1,500 and below. The brand of the laptop given is not specified, and delivery will take up to 10 weeks after the application is approved.
As for the book voucher program, it is also aimed at students with a family income of RM1,500 and below, but covers students from the basic level up to PhD.
