Acer Aspire Vero is a family of eco-friendly laptops that use recycled plastic and glass construction materials. The latest model is the Acer Aspire Vero 16 which was shown last January with over 60% recycled construction materials. Today in conjunction with Acer Day 2024, this laptop officially goes on sale in Malaysia.
This laptop is equipped with a 16-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) screen with a 16:10 ratio. For the Malaysian market, Acer only offers models with Intel Core Ultra 7 155U processing chips. It is matched with 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and 1TB PCIe Gen4 SSD internal storage. The Aspire Vero 16 battery can last up to 10.5 hours on a single charge through 65W charging.
Not only is the body made from our recycled materials, the touchpads also use recycled OceanGlass glass. There are also two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.1 ports for additional accessory connections. Acer Aspire Vero 16 (AV16-51P-74JM) goes on sale today at a price of RM4,999.
