CelcomDigi, U Mobile And ZTE Record Fastest World Record For Mobile Speed ​​Reaching 30.8Gbps



CelcomDigi and U Mobile, along with technology partner ZTE today set a record of their own, when they successfully achieved mobile download speeds of up to 30.8Gbps through the use of 5G-Advanced. This test was carried out by these three parties in Kuching, Sarawak - and is also seen as the fastest speed ever recorded in the world so far.



CelcomDigi, U Mobile and ZTE also showcased various 5G-powered technologies outside the Sarawak Stadium, in conjunction with Sukma 2024.


Various technology companies will also show their support for 5G-Advanced through the live broadcast of the opening event of Sukma 2024 which will be broadcast live through the RTM channel. RTM itself for the first time will record various interesting moments using the wireless ecosystem at the event - and broadcast it directly to the television screens of viewers across the country. This move is also expected to shape how live coverage will be done in the future.
