Yesterday it began to spread on social media that the Google Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL in Malaysia, Singapore and India are not equipped with the LTPO Super Actua Display screen. This causes concern among buyers who feel deceived by the fact that the viral image is real.
Today Google has updated the specifications displayed on the Pixel Help page and confirmed that devices in these three markets are equipped with LTPO Super Actua Display screens. It should be noted that only the Pixel 9 is equipped with an OLED panel without LTPO even though the screen reaches a refresh rate of 120Hz. With this, there will no longer be a problem of two different device versions for the Southeast Asian and Indian markets as announced yesterday.
