Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold Brings “Pixel” Support to Foldable Phones, Powered by Tensor G4

Along with the introduction of the Pixel 9 smartphone, Google also introduced their updated foldable phone, called the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. This phone comes with a slimmer design than the previous generation, as well as a number of updates. However, it is a bit sad that this foldable phone will not be offered in Malaysia.

The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold comes with a 6.3-inch screen at a 20:9 screen ratio like the other Pixel 9 models, but it can also be opened to become an 8-inch device. Google says this new foldable phone is lighter, and at the same time slightly taller in terms of screen size.

Powering this smartphone is Google's own processing chip, the Google Tensor G4. It comes with 16GB RAM memory, and up to 512GB storage. Complementing it is a 4650mAh battery that supports 21W charging.

On the camera side, it includes a tri-camera, which is a combination of a 48MP main sensor with a 10.5MP telephoto sensor and also a 12MP ultra-wide recording sensor. For selfies, it includes 10MP cameras on both panels.

Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold also comes with a number of smart features based on Google Gemini, and also promises software updates for 7 years. As stated at the beginning, this device will not be offered in Malaysia for now.
