Google today announced that it will expand its offering of artificial intelligence-based answer integration on search pages, called AI Overviews, to several countries outside of the United States. A total of 6 countries received this new feature, namely Indonesia, Japan, India, UK, Mexico, and also Brazil.
AI-based answer integration support in these countries will also be offered along with the local language of the country.
For information, it was previously offered through Search Labs, which required users to activate it on their respective accounts. However, with this Google introduction, it will be activated to all automatically.
Google said it will gradually introduce this update to all countries in the coming weeks. Through it, AI-generated results for search keywords will be shown at the top, along with the source, before the usual search display follows at the bottom.
