Steps to Using Portrait Studio
For starters, you definitely need one of the Samsung phones, namely the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 or Z Flip6. However, you don't have to worry if you don't have both because you can just go to the nearest Samsung Experience Store to participate in the #MadeWithPortraitStudio contest this time.
Next, you need to take a photo or selfie as usual. If there is no one to take pictures, there is no problem because you can simply fold the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 or Z Flip6 in half, place it on a flat surface while sitting and continue taking selfies.
After taking selfies, it's time for you to use Portrait Studio. The method is very simple. You just select one of the selfies that have been taken a while ago and you will see the Galaxy AI icon written at the bottom of the picture. Press that icon and it will take you to the edit box. On the lower right side of the edit box, you will find an option that says "Portrait Studio" and press that option.
Then, it will give you 4 interesting portrait style options such as Comic, 3D Cartoon, Watercolor and Sketch. In this section, you can choose whatever portrait style you like and then you have to press "Generate" at the bottom of the picture. Just wait a few seconds and Portrait Studio will generate a selection of AI portrait photos. If it doesn't suit your taste, you can simply regenerate a new AI portrait image or choose a different portrait style. If you are satisfied with the AI results, you can press "Save Copy".
After that, you can upload the AI portrait that has been generated earlier on your social media such as Facebook, Instagram, X or TikTok. Don't forget to tag Samsung Malaysia's official account in the caption along with the official hashtags #MadewithPortraitStudio and #GalaxyAI. This contest will run until 30 August 2024 and 50 lucky people will be selected to color Samsung Malaysia's digital billboards throughout Malaysia every week.
