Apple Intelligence is Apple's own generative AI feature. It focuses on processing from within the device, while those using the Internet are processed through private servers. Apple Intelligence is limited to Mac and iPad devices with an Apple A1 chip and above, while iPhones with an A17 Pro chip and above. This AI feature is also limited to users in the United States to be tested through iOS 18.1. Now, Apple Intelligence is open to everyone to test.
This means, you no longer need to trick Apple's system by changing the country in the device to the United States. Only, the condition of use is that the language used on the system must be United States English. Even so, Apple Intelligence is still not available in China and users in Europe should use an Apple ID with an address in the United States.
With Apple Intelligence now all testable, you can now try the Clean Up feature which is Apple's AI magic eraser and also the notification summary feature which will display important notifications based on your activities on the Apple device used.
