OpenAI Signs Agreement to Use Vogue, Wired and GQ Content

OpenAI this morning signed an agreement to use content under the publishing company Condé Nast. Through this agreement, OpenAI will display Conde Nast content in their applications such as ChatGPT, and Search GPT.

The value paid by OpenAI to Conde Nast was not announced but it is certainly large because this publishing company holds intellectual property such as Vogue, The New Yorker, Condé Nast Traveler, GQ, Architectural Digest, Vanity Fair, Wired, Bon Appétit and many more. OpenAI can use Condé Nast data while Condé Nast can generate traffic because their publications will be given importance in ChatGPT and SearchGPT searches.

With this Condé Nast joins other publishing companies such as Associated Press, Axel Springer, The Atlantic, Dotdash Meredith, Financial Times, LeMonde, Prisa Media, TIME, and Vox Media that also have similar agreements with OpenAI.
