In conjunction with the Merdeka Day celebration, Rapid KL, which operates the Rapid KL public bus service, the LRT, MRT, Monorail and Sunway BRT systems, has announced that for 30 and 31 August, these services will operate for 24 hours.
According to their information, all these services will operate from today, 30 August 2024 and will not stop until 31 August 2024, at 11.30pm.
Rapid KL will also provide 60 shuttle buses from Putrajaya Sentral MRT station to Dataran Putrajaya from 6.00pm, 30 August 2024 until 3.00pm on 31 August 2024 to make it easier for people to celebrate Independence Day in Putrajaya.
Nine special buses will also be provided from Putrajaya Sentral station on 31 August 2024 to allow the public to visit various locations around Putrajaya such as the Botanic Gardens, Putrajaya Marina, Alamanda shopping center and the Putrajaya International Convention Center
