WhatsApp today reported that it is developing a feature to mark all messages as read at once, as an availability that will be offered in a future update of the application. Through it, users can easily clear all unread message counts.
Through this feature, users can eliminate all unread message counts just by doing one simple setting. This feature is very useful especially for WhatsApp users who have many chat groups or unread private messages. This kind of feature also helps users to focus more on sending more important messages.
Before this, the feature of marking messages as read has been provided by WhatsApp to users for a long time. However, it requires the user to perform a manual setting step by having to select each of the messages to be marked. Based on the report, this feature is said to be given to all WhatsApp users through an upcoming update.
