In line with the progress of the world that is always closely related to social media, the Whatsapp application is seen to always be one of the main characters in this field by continuously improving the user experience with better feature updates over time.
Recently, WhatsApp is now said to be testing a new display design on WhatsApp status. This change makes the WhatsApp status display look more similar to the Stories feature on Meta's other social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The new design allows users to preview the status before choosing to view it in duration and full screen.
Going through the changes being tested shows meta's efforts to ensure the application remains relevant and make WhatsApp a more interactive and fun application just like other social media platforms. But for now it is not known when this new update will be fully rolled out to all users as it is still in the testing process and can only be used by a small number of Beta users.
