Youtube announced the launch of a new feature that allows content creators to generate and share special QR codes for their channels. The addition of this innovative feature aims to simplify the process of finding and subscribing to YouTube channels.
Through this kind of QR code scanning feature using a smartphone camera, viewers can instantly access YouTube content by specific content creators. Through it, users don't need to type any text on the search box that may provide different types of channels to YouTube content which will ultimately confuse users to find the actual channel they want.
This feature is very useful for YouTube content creators for promotional purposes, channel sharing with followers, friends, family and so on. However, for now it is still not available because according to Youtube this QR code feature will be rolled out to all content creators in the next few days and will be provided in stages.
