YouTube tests the "sleep timer" feature for premium customers

YouTube is currently testing a new feature for their premium version users with it called the 'Sleep Timer' as a feature that has long been available on Spotify. This feature allows users to perform automatic time settings to stop watching videos. The 'Sleep Timer' feature can now be tested by the Premium YouTube Subscribe until September 2 only.

Following it, users can set the time period to make the video played automatically. The available timing options are 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 and 60 minutes and video will then stop automatically.

While YouTube says this feature can be used on smartphone and desktop apps, we realize it can only be used on the desktop version of YouTube at this time. On Android and iOS devices, this feature is still not accessible even after the application is updated this morning.
