IFA is taking place in Berlin this week and it is usually the stage for the launch of various new products. Acer has traditionally participated in this year's event and through a teaser video shared on social media, it seems to hint that it will announce a mobile console under its Predator brand.
Only the mobile console-like shape can be seen in the video above. It is similar to the basic form of the Steam Deck, ROG Ally, MSI Claw and Legion Go that have been launched before. We actually asked Acer a long time ago when the Predator mobile console will launch. The answer given over the past year is that they are not yet ready.
With the mobile console segment now getting rave reviews from the public, we're not surprised they're finally ready. What is a mystery now is what chip will be used and the graphics capabilities it can offer. Compared to a desktop PC, a mobile console is not as powerful as it only needs to display images on a small screen.
