Adobe announced they will introduce a generative artificial intelligence (AI) feature that can generate videos using user-provided proms. Adobe Firefly Video Model is the latest AI model that will be integrated into existing software.
Users can ask Firefly to generate a short video using a given promo. This video can then be used as a b roll in user content. Firefly can also be directed to produce animations using a given static Image. Another rather interesting feature is to generate an intermediate video connecting two separate video clips in Premiere Pro.
Adobe Firefly Video Model will be available in beta form to users later this year. Adobe says the Adobe Firefly Video Model is not trained using open-source video, which has been licensed rather than the intellectual property of Adobe users.
