Carsome now shared that the second quarter of 2024 continued to show a 9% increase in their company's revenue compared to the previous quarter, and at the same time nearly 35,000 vehicles were sold through their platform during that period.
This led to a total income of around RM1.3 billion for the period.
In line with this achievement, Carsome has now also announced a number of financial partners, including Ambank Group and Maybank, who will offer capital support of over RM200 million to continue the expansion of Carsome's offerings.
Carsome also aims to continue to expand financial services, insurance and also after-sales services under them, as well as aiming to be a one-stop center for various matters involving vehicles.
Previously, Carsome had also shared their targets through the company's public listing on the stock exchange, and this momentum step is expected to be maintained in increasing income as well as leading to the listing.
