BigPay Lite is now available on the AirAsia MOVE app allowing users to quickly create a BigPay account while making secure online payments. In other words, it makes it easier for users to register and pay without additional steps. You can even register directly from the BigPay Lite widget on the AirAsia MOVE app by filling in your personal information and use it immediately.
Users can also top up their respective accounts using DuitNow Transfer without having to link a physical card. Once everything is available then users can make payments for various uses such as flight tickets (either AirAsia and non-AirAsia), duty free goods and so on.
There are also exclusive discounts and promotions on offer which include RM5 off for non-AirAsia airlines, and duty-free items with certain minimum spending amounts. In addition to the discount, BigPay Lite also offers benefits such as early access to promotions with special codes. BigPay Lite is currently only available in Malaysia.
BigPay was previously integrated directly into the AirAsia application. With the launch of BigPay Lite, it is seen as a strategic move by both companies to improve the user experience.
