Cybertruck Sent To Battlefield Deactivated By Tesla

Last August, the President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov showed off a Tesla Cybertruck that he said was a gift from Elon Musk. These electric trucks were later equipped with machine guns with Kadyrov saying they would be sent to the battlefields of the Ukraine-Russia conflict.

Last weekend he said the Cybertruck had been decommissioned by Elon Musk resulting in it having to be pulled out of the battlefield. However, Kadyrov said two more new Cybertrucks that have also been modified to carry machine guns have been sent to the Ukraine-Russia battlefield instead.

This report shows that Tesla has the ability to deactivate their vehicles remotely if necessary. Ramazn Kadyrov is one of the leaders included in the list of individuals subject to sanctions by the United States. Since the Ukraine-Russia conflict began almost two years ago, various technology companies such as Google, Samsung, Microsoft and Apple have withdrawn from the Russian market.
