DJI Neo is a mini drone that weighs only 139 grams and is designed to be launched from the palm of your hand. It is of the quad fan type with a cover that prevents injured hands from touching the fan. The camera system consists of a 1/2 inch sensor that captures photos at 12MP resolution and videos at 4K 30FPS settings.
Because it is small it can be controlled directly through a smartphone without the usual physical controls. In addition, it still has a mode according to the user's journey, fly around and vlog mode. If the user has a DJI Mic, audio can be recorded directly from the microphone to the Neo video clip automatically.
The drone can fly for 18 minutes on a single charge, fly up to a height of 2000 meters and be controlled up to 5km from the operator. In Malaysia DJI Neo is sold at a price of RM869 for the drone only and RM1529 for the Fly More Combo which includes the physical controller, 3 extra batteries, battery charging dock, two replacement fans, data cable and gimbal protector.
