A check through the official website shows that DJI is in the process of coming up with a new product. No specific details have been revealed for now but many are linking it to the company's new drone.
It is also expected to use the name Neo and be the lightest drone that DJI has produced so far. At the same time it is claimed to have a compact body with a fan design similar to a DJI Avata 2. Not only that, it is also expected to be foldable like most existing drones for a more efficient mobile experience.
Other features expected on this drone are also the ability to record 4K/30FPS video through a 1/2″ sensor and a single axis gimbal. Followed by the ability to take off and land automatically in the palm of your hand, in addition to easy editing options through built-in software. It's even better when this drone has the potential to be sold in a reasonable price range of around £167 (~about RM950) for the combo package.
The question of the extent of the truth of all these claims will only be answered during the official launch this Thursday.
