Last March we wrote about HP printer software powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Through HP Print AI, the content to be printed will be rearranged to print only the necessary parts while saving the use of paper and more importantly ink.
HP Print AI software is now offered in beta form to owners of select printer models. The most interesting feature is Perfect Output which can reformat the text and also the arrangement of pictures so that it looks more attractive compared to the layout of the original document to be printed. There is also an option to print a picture or just a picture.
Users can also instruct HP Print AI to produce a greeting card based on a given image. Enter the appropriate prom and HP Print AI will be the graphic designer for birthday, anniversary, wedding cards and more.
HP said the HP Print AI software will be expanded to use on their printers starting in 2025. At this time there is still no complete list of existing printers that will be given this feature. When we saw a demo in Las Vegas six months ago, it was only available on the HP Color LaserJet Pro 3000 series.
