Intel Arrow Lake is expected to be launched around the end of October, and recently, it seems that there are some interesting things that have been leaked regarding the future of Intel's processing chips.
First is about the upcoming Intel Arrow Lake-S series of processing chips. Some computer component leakers have said that the processing chip will be used for two to three years while waiting for the next series of processing chips, Nova Lake to arrive.
This is quite interesting because recently, some details have been leaked about the new processing core being developed by Intel called Royal Core. Royal Core is seen to replace the Lion Cove processing core used in the Intel Lunar Lake and Arrow Lake processing chips that will be sold soon.
This is seen as unique because the same leaker said that Intel Arrow Lake will not come with an architectural update like what was shown on Raptor Lake and Raptor Lake Refresh. This means that until the Nova Lake processing chips arrive, Intel will not introduce new processing chips for about the next two or three years.
Not much is known about the Intel Nova Lake processing chip at the moment, but it will most likely use the new Royal Core which was also leaked via the LinkedIn website of an Intel engineer.
What is interesting about this core is that it seems to want to combine both performance and energy efficiency in one, making it a core processing chip that can really compete with offerings from Qualcomm and even Apple.
However, as said, this series of Nova Lake processing chips will only arrive in the market in about two to three years. However, a successor to Nova Lake seems to have also been leaked with the name Razer Lake.
