Instagram is ready to introduce the Stories feature before, where users can share photos and videos that disappear after 24 hours of being shared. Since the introduction, any message left under Stories is sent as a DM to your Instagram account. This thing, now changed when Instagram started introducing the comment feature on Instagram Stories.
With this step, on every Stories published on Instagram, other friends can leave comments and interact under it. This will at the same time avoid your message box being full of those comments, and the various comments of friends and family members more organized.
This new feature is being rolled out in stages, and is expected to be widely offered in the near future.
