Just a few weeks ago Pico 4 Ultra was announced in China, now Malaysia is the first country to receive a virtual reality headset complete with Snapdragon XR 2 Gen 2 chip.
With this new Snapdragon chip, it can handle heavy tasks to generate more beautiful graphics while maintaining user responsiveness. This Pico 4 Ultra is also equipped with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The battery capacity is also now larger which is 5700mAh and supports 45W charging. There is also spatial audio support, a stereo speaker system and four microphones included.

One of the differences on this Pico 4 Ultra is its ability to record and play Spatial Video and Audio. With this pair of 32MP cameras, it can be used to record 3D / spatial video & audio at a resolution of 2048 x 1536 px 60FPS. It even supports playback of videos and photos recorded using Apple devices.
Also launched is the Pico Motion Tracker which works to record the user's fitness more accurately. It comes with a strap that can be worn on the wrist or leg. It can even work by itself to track something, like Apple AirTag and Samsung GalaxyTag. It is equipped with a battery that provides an operating time of 25 hours.
In Malaysia, the Pico 4 Ultra will be sold at a price of RM2799 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, and pre-orders between 4-8 September 2024 will also include the PICO Motion Tracker and All-in-One Sports game through official distributors and also selected online stores. Pico Motion Tracker is sold at a price of RM 399 for a pair.
