If you use the PlayStation DualSense game controller accessory on your computer, you must also have downloaded a driver software updater application called “Firmware Updater for DualSense Wireless Controller“.
Now, Sony has updated the name of the software to PlayStation Accessories which is easier to say and remember. The functionality of the software has not changed from before, but if you use the more premium PlayStation DualSense Edge controller, it is now supplemented with new features.
For the DualSense Edge controller, users can also change the settings of the R2 and L2 trigger buttons, the settings of the face buttons, modify the sensitivity of the joystick and even the strength of the vibration on the controller. Control device profiles can also be set through this updated software.
For now, this controller setting change is limited to DualSense Edge only. For regular DualSense controllers, this app will only update the driver software.
