Razer also introduced a new set of Kraken V4 Pro gaming headphones at the RazerCon 2024 event. Among the highlights is the OLED control hub with over 20 customization options including audio settings, haptic system feedback, battery life and others. It also allows simultaneous connection to three audio sources through the USB-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. Next, it makes it easier for users to switch between devices such as PC and PlayStation easily.
Built-in Razer Sensa HD Haptics support also further enhances the functionality of the headphones with precise multi-directional feedback support. Meaning users can experience the game as if what they are describing is real. Also supported are some popular games such as Final Fantasy 16, Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl and Silent Hill 2 for a more immersive gaming experience that is usually in line with the theme of the game itself.
The included 40mm ear pads use special leather material to ensure vibrations are transmitted effectively for a better audio experience. It also has THX Spatial Audio that allows users to enjoy a virtual audio experience from all directions. The Razer HyperClear Super Wideband Mic is used for a clearer and better audio experience, especially for gaming sessions.
The Kraken V4 Pro is also said to work well with the Razer Freyja, which looks like a pretty interesting match. The official retail price is $399.99 (~RM1,646) with no details on availability in Malaysia at this time.
