In conjunction with the IFA 2024 event that took place this week, TECNO made a surprise and showed their latest product called TECNO Pocket Go Windows AR. Through it, it offers a smart glasses-augmented reality that is connected to a control device running the Windows system.
The controller comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS chip, Radeon 780M graphics, a 50Wh battery, and includes basic control buttons along with the needs of a "gamer". On the glasses side, it comes with glasses that include a 0.71-inch micro-OLED screen.
Using it, TECNO says it provides an experience similar to playing on a 215-inch screen. However, it is still not fully known regarding the usage experience, and whether it offers comfort during prolonged use.
For now, TECNO has not yet announced the selling price and offering of this device to the public.
