Telekom Malaysia today confirmed that it experienced a problem with the submarine cable, thus impacting internet usage and web browsing for users - especially through the Unifi service.
This partnership comes after many Unifi users have complained about slow internet over the past few days. TM through Unifi said their team is currently active in controlling and optimizing the internet network.
TM said it will continue to share any developments related to this matter from time to time. No timeline was given as to when the outage will be fully resolved.
