Last March, Maxis upgraded the Maxis Postpaid Share 48 plan with a quota of 50GB compared to 20GB. Recently, five other Maxis plans will also be upgraded with 4 of them receiving unlimited quota.
This upgrade offer will be offered to all postpaid plan customers in stages from last October 9 until November 5. Meanwhile for new customers, will continue to enjoy this new quota immediately during the offer period from 9 October 2024 until 16 January 2025.

For the Maxis Postpaid 79 plan you will now receive a quota of 300GB. While Maxis Postpaid 109, Maxis Postpaid 139, Maxis Postpaid 169, and Maxis Postpaid 199 plans will be unlimited quota. More interestingly, Maxis no longer separates 4G and 5G quotas as all quotas can now be accessed for any network. Maxis will also not charge any extra for all plans and those using the Maxis Postpaid 79 plan will receive the full quota of 300GB.
Regrettably for Maxis Postpaid 98 plan customers, as this plan is no longer offered – your existing quota will not be upgraded and you are required to switch to any of these five plans to enjoy this new offer.
