Apple Malaysia Now Has 15 Products That Still Have Lightning Connection

Last night, along with the launch of the iMac M4 – several Apple accessories were also updated with USB-C connectivity namely the Apple Magic Trackpad, Keyboard and Mouse. This means that all major Apple products have been updated with a universal connection and no longer Lightning. Even so, Apple still hasn't forgotten the users who still use the Lightning connection, because in Malaysia Apple still sells 15 products and accessories based on this connection.

iPhone 14

All Apple devices have now been updated with USB-C connectivity, this includes the new generation iPhones, base model iPads and Minis, MacBooks and even other Mac devices. Even so, there are still two iPhone models sold in Malaysia with Lightning connection.

While Apple has slowly moved to USB-C, users who aren't ready to upgrade to a new generation iPhone are still safe. If Apple stops selling it, third-party accessory manufacturers will still offer it as long as Apple products with Lightning are still supported and usable. The advantage of buying third-party accessories is that the selling price is more affordable and there is no worry that the sale will continue to be discontinued.
