Just as Sonos returned to praise with the launch of the Arc Ultra and Sub 4 and the promise of weekly updated apps, today disappointing news arrived. To users of Sonos audio products, we are sorry to inform you that you cannot access the full Apple Music library temporarily.
Of the more than 130 audio streaming services natively supported by Sonos, only Apple Music is completely inaccessible. According to the status.sonos site, their system identified that there was a problem browsing the Apple Music library. This means that not all music and content in Apple Music is accessible. Sonos has already been working on repairs but it is not specified when users will be able to use Apple Music again with a complete experience.
While waiting for the problem to be fixed, you can still use Sonos audio products with Spotify, Tidal, YouTube Music, Deezer and more.
