BlackBerry Chooses Malaysia as Regional Cyber ​​Security Hub in Asia Pacific



BlackBerry today announced they have chosen Malaysia as the regional hub for their cyber security division in Asia Pacific. The BlackBerry office is already operating in Cyberjaya, in line with its advantages as a center close to various technology companies, as well as government infrastructure.


For information, BlackBerry has previously cooperated with SKMM in establishing a Cybersecurity Center of Excellence - to train local talent in the cyber security arena.



With this formation, the BlackBerry office in Malaysia will also include sales, marketing, threat research, technical support, professional services, administration, and management, as well as housing a number of trainees in the field of cyber security.
