Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Banned In Kuwait

Every year the games in the Call of Duty series are eagerly awaited by fans with sales generating hundreds of millions for Activision. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is the newest game and it will be launched next October 25. If you currently live in Kuwait, the bad news is that this game has already been banned.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has not received permission to be sold in the gulf country without reasons being given. But it is possible because the plot of the game Black Ops 6 touches on the incident of the 1990 Gulf War where Kuwait was attacked by Iraq. In the published trailer, some scenes featuring Saddam Hussein can be clearly seen.

All pre-order buyers will receive their money back. Activision is still hoping that the government of Kauai will reconsider and allow the game to be released for fans in the country to enjoy.

Although the Gulf War ended 33 years ago, it may still be seen as a topic. which is sensitive for Kuwaitis. Over 1000 Kuwaitis were killed and 600 are still missing to this day.
