Finding the cheapest plane tickets can sometimes be challenging as it varies by location, application and even the season. To make it easier for everyone, Google Flights has been updated with the Cheapest tab.
Starting this week, users can continue to search for flight tickets through Google Search by directly entering a destination search such as KUL to KBR or KUL to BKK and so on. Then a simple search result will be displayed with the option to press Show flights. Once pressed, the user will be taken to the Flights search section with the option to explore the Cheapest tab.
According to Google, the Cheapest tab displays the cheapest prices with creative itinerary suggestions. For example, the proposed ticket is cheap because there is a layover at another airport or a ticket that requires various additional payments before the flight begins. This new feature according to Google will make it easier for users who care about saving money over more efficient travel plans.
This feature will be rolled out gradually to all users starting this week. This feature can be used by all within two weeks. In my review, my Google account on Android and iOS devices – Google Flights with the Cheapest tab was ready to use.
