Grab Asks Employees To Come Into The Office 5 Days A Week, Effective December

Grab, the leading ride-hailing company in the Southeast Asian region, is now informing their employees to work in the office five days a week, effective December 2, 2024. This move is seen in parallel with various other technology companies that have also enforced work from the office.

Through the email sent by Grab's CEO, it was informed that working and collaborating with each other face-to-face further accelerates development, while at the same time improving integration in the ecosystem and different business parts.

Returning to the office fully also allows them to move faster in achieving missions and targets.

Grab gives more than a month to allow existing employees to adjust affairs, including childcare and so on, before returning fully from December 2, 2024.
