Huawei has today introduced the HarmonyOS Next operating system which is completely independent of the use of Android, as well as requiring various developers to develop applications optimized for the platform. In parallel with the introduction of the operating system, Huawei also announced a number of partners who will develop specific applications for their platform.
Also not missing out is Grab who will develop their application for the HarmonyOS Next platform. As everyone knows, Grab is very popular in the Southeast Asian region, and it must be one of the necessary applications if Huawei wants to expand HarmonyOS Next to the Southeast Asian market.
Apart from Grab, among other brands that have also expressed their commitment is Emirates Airlines.
Today, HamronyOS has 15,000 apps, and the majority are for users in China.
