Bank Islam has now announced that a number of services involving DuitNow are temporarily suspended, including DuitNow Transfers, DuitNow Requests, DuitNow QR and also DuitNow e-wallet and online transactions.
The reason behind it is not stated.
Bank Islam says withdrawals through ATMs and GIRO transfers between banks, as well as debit card transactions are not affected and can be used as usual. Bank Islam apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this problem.
