MyDigital ID Required To Log In To The MyJPJ Application Starting October 10

Today, the MyJPJ application has received a new update to allow users with a B2 motorcycle license to upgrade their license to Full B for a single fee and also attend a two-hour class.

Interestingly, this update also seems to introduce a security update in terms of the need to use a MyDigital ID account to log into this application. We noticed that after updating the MyJPJ application, a new popup window says that single sign-on using MyDigital ID will be mandatory for this application starting October 10, 2024.

We have seen on other government applications such as MySejahtera and MyTax whether this notice is present for both of these applications, but it seems that at the moment, only the MyJPJ application is showing it for now.

For those of you who feel that MyDigital ID registration is a little tricky, the MyJPJ application offers a link to download the application directly from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
