OpenAI Reportedly Won't Turn Profits Until 2029



OpenAI is one of the firms focusing on the development of artificial intelligence, and has received a recent funding injection at a company value of $150 billion. Most recently, through TheInformation, through several financial documents that have been observed, it is said that OpenAI is not expected to generate profit until 2029. At the same time, the company's annual losses are expected to reach up to $14 billion in 2026.


The loss rate between 2023 and 2028 is also expected to reach $44 billion. Interestingly, through the same report, it was revealed that Microsoft is subject to 20% of OpenAI's income.
