Google today shared a number of their company's developments, including a focus on artificial intelligence. The model under them, Gemini already has a high number of users, and has begun to be integrated into various Google products such as GMail, Android and Google Maps.
Interestingly, in the same partnership, Google shared that they have improved the programming process in their company, where now more than a quarter or 25% of new code at Google, is generated by artificial intelligence – and then reviewed and verified by engineers.
This step is said to speed up various tasks, in addition to allowing engineers to do more things quickly.
It is not impossible that we see its implementation and use in tasks including programming continue to increase in the coming years.
