Realme launched two new smartphones Realme 13 5G and Realme 13+ 5G in Malaysia today. Both arrive just a few weeks after the Realme 13 Pro series was launched in Malaysia. In terms of design there are similarities with the 13 Pro series but the model launched today has lower specifications to allow it to be sold at a more affordable price.
Realme 13+ is a phone with a 6.67″ AMOLED 120Hz screen, powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7300 chip so far. It is also equipped with a memory option of 12GB RAM, internal storage up to 512GB and a 5000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.
The camera system consists of a 50MP wide angle lens (Sony LYT-600 sensor) and 2MP depth while the selfie camera is 16MP. All the mentioned features have been loaded into the body of the device which is waterproof IP65, stereo speakers and 3.5mm audio jack. The device also comes with an NFC system and also a fingerprint scanner built under the screen.
The Realme 13 uses a 6.72" IPS LCD 120Hz screen, powered by a Dimensity 6300 chip, 12GB RAM memory, 256GB storage and a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. In addition, the phone also has a 50MP + 2MP (depth) main camera system with OIS and a 16MP selfie camera. The phone's body also passes IP64 waterproof and dustproof standards, equipped with stereo speakers, NFC and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Realme 13+ 5G is sold at a price of RM 1399 for the 12/256GB version and RM1799 for the 12/512GB version. During the period from 19 October to 18 November, the Realme 13+ 5G with 512GB storage can be purchased at a promotional price of RM1699. Buyers also receive a free gift in the form of Techlife Wireless EarBuds, a 730-day warranty and a 365-day cracked screen warranty worth RM799 for free.
Meanwhile, Realme 13 5G is sold from November 1 at a price of RM1199 (12/256GB). During the period 1-30 November, buyers will receive a 730-day warranty and a 365-day cracked screen warranty worth RM449 for free.
