Sonos has been apologizing lately to ensure their customers will remain loyal. The issue happened after the Sonos Ace launched, where their new Sonos App was also changed but came with many features/functions removed and full of bugs. Recently, Sonos has released a new promise of their commitment to customers and a really good news has been revealed.
For 11 selected Sonos products purchased from October 2, 2023 through October 1, 2024, Sonos will extend the warranty by one additional year. Meaning the product will now be supported and receive help from October 2, 2024 to October 1, 2025. 11 This product is for Arc, Beam, Ray, Five, One, Era 300, Era 100, Sub, Sub Mini, Port and Amp. Interestingly, this warranty extension is also applied to replacement or repaired products that are still in the warranty period.
This additional warranty is said to only be eligible for Sonos products purchased through sonos.com or eBay only. Each claim still needs to follow the terms and conditions of the existing warranty and guarantee.
