Health is the main pillar of any individual and community. With this, Sunway Medical Center and Samsung Malaysia today announced a new collaboration through a 90-day health program called Time To Move.
This program was introduced to allow all levels of society, regardless of age and health level to start their healthy lifestyle journey for 90 days first.
Time To Move is for individuals over the age of 18 who want to start their health journey, which will start with a health check-up such as an InBody test and also a blood test to see their health level. After that, they will discuss with health experts at Sunway Medical Center to determine exercise activities and so on.
Assisting the participants of the Time To Move program is Samsung Malaysia, which gives each participant a Samsung Galaxy Watch7 that will be used to track details such as daily activities, calories burned daily, body fat and muscle composition and also daily sleep quality. With this data, health experts can also give users advice on how to do daily challenges.
Apart from that, the Time To Move program is also present with regular group activities to ensure that participants' motivation is always high throughout these 90 days. At the end of the program, participants will go through another health test to see who will win a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 smart device and a vacation to The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat for 3 days 2 nights worth RM10,000.
This program has already started since 3 October 2024, where Sunway Medical Center said that they have received 200 applications for participation, of which 60 individuals from the group have been selected to participate in this program.
