Vivo X200 Series Launched With Dimensity 9400 Chip And 200MP ZEISS Camera



Vivo officially launched the new X200 series flagship phone in an event held in Beijing, China today. What's even better this time is that there is a mini version that is considered Vivo's answer to those who want a device with advanced specifications and a compact size. Vivo is also once again betting on various more sophisticated features compared to previous models through this new range. Here are the full specifications for all devices under the X200 series.


The Vivo X200 Pro uses a 6.78-inch 1.5K (4500 nits) curved LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the latest Mediatek Dimensity 9400 chip which promises a significant performance improvement compared to before. In addition, it is equipped with a memory of up to 16GB RAM, 1TB UFS 4.0 internal storage and runs OriginOS 5 software based on Android 15.



In terms of cameras, the X200 Pro features a 50MP main camera (1/1.28″ Sony LYT-8180) + 50MP ultra-wide + 200MP telephoto (ISOCELL HP9 1/1.4”) while powered by the Vivo V3+ imaging chip. It also uses a ZEISS APO 200MP telephoto lens that offers a focal length between 24 to 135mm to allow images to be captured well from both close and far distances.


Also ensures high image quality in various scenarios even at high zoom levels. There is also a Telephoto Macro Mode aimed at capturing sharper images alongside a Landcsape Mode designed to record scenes with the best detail. In addition, Snapshot Mode allows the camera to lock fast-moving subjects and take pictures at the right time.


Video recording capabilities have also been upgraded with 8K video capability, 4K/120FPS slow motion, 10-bit Log and 4K portrait video. It also has ZEISS T* anti-reflective coating technology to ensure accurate color reproduction while reducing glare. The 32MP selfie camera is placed in a small hole on the front skin.



Vivo further equips the device with a new BlueVort silicon-battery technology with a capacity of 6,000 mAh and supports 90W wired and 30W wireless fast charging via the USB-C port. This silicon battery is believed to be able to function much better in various conditions including extreme cold. Other features that can be found are fingerprint scanning on the screen, waterproof IP68/IP69, NFC, phone call system using satellite and 5G network.



VIvo X200 Pro Mini

The Vivo X200 Pro Mini has a 6.31-inch 1.5K flat LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device is the latest Mediatek Dimensity 9400 chip paired with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. Besides also running the latest software OriginOS 5 based on Android 15 with Origin Island features and various AI features. A 5,700mAh BlueVort silicon battery is used to support 90W wired and 30W wireless fast charging via the USB-C port.



Meanwhile the camera system features a 50MP tri-sensor for prime, ultra-wide and periscope telephoto capabilities along with a V3+ imaging chip. Again ZEISS T* anti-reflective coating technology to ensure accurate color reproduction while reducing glare. The 32MP selfie camera is placed in a small hole on the front screen. Other features that can be found are an on-screen fingerprint scanner, IP68/IP69 waterproof, NFC and 5G network.



The Vivo X200 features a 6.67-inch curved LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Mediatek Dimensity 9400 chip is used as the mainstay with 16GB of RAM memory and 512GB of internal storage. Followed by OriginOS 5 software based on Android 15 with various AI features aimed at a more up-to-date user experience.



Vivo X200

The camera system consists of 50MP (Sony IMX882) + 50MP (ultra-wide) + 50MP (telephoto). The battery is 5,800 mAh with 90W fast charging via USB-C port. Other features that can be found are an on-screen fingerprint scanner, IP68 waterproof, NFC and 5G network.


The official selling price starts at RMB 4299 (~RM2605) for the X200, RMB5299 (~RM3211) for the X200 Pro and RMB 4699 (~RM2847) for the X200 Pro Mini.
