WhatsApp has now announced the introduction of filters and background images during video calls – allowing users to change their background image if they are not comfortable with their current location.
For the introduction phase, a total of 10 background images, and 10 filter variations are offered to the user – which can be selected and combined during use. In addition, WhatsApp also offers support for brightening the environment and video calls by software, at the same time providing experience and comfort when making video calls.
This new feature focusing on video calls has been gradually introduced to all WhatsApp users worldwide, and can be used for group calls, as well as singles.
